Brinava Extra Thick Yoga Mat 2/5 Inch with Carrying Strap, 72 x 24 in

Plush cushioning for knees that hate hard floors

For beginners, low-impact exercisers and anyone whose knees and hips complain on a thin mat. This yoga mat is made from 10 mm (2/5 inch) high-density NBR foam that absorbs pressure during yoga, Pilates, stretching, physical therapy and core workouts on wood, tile or concrete. The textured surface helps reduce slipping on most hard floors during dry workouts, and the soft feel puts comfort first. It rolls up quickly, wipes clean with a damp cloth and comes with an adjustable carrying strap for moving between rooms or heading to class. A slight foam smell when first opened fades after a day or two of airing out.
